If you have created a campaign but it's still in "pending for delivery" status, please check the following:
  1. Be sure that you have selected recipient lists in step 1 of campaign create/edit section
  2. Be sure that you have selected an email content in step 2 of campaign create/edit section
  3. Be sure that the user account you have logged in has enough limits and permissions to send email campaigns. Go to "Manage > Account Information" and check for your available sending quota
  4. Be sure that you have successfully added Oempro's send engine to your cron job list.
  5. If you prefer to execute the send engine, be sure that you have clicked "Send pending campaigns" link on campaign browse screen.
