Oempro has capability to move subscribers from active to soft bounced and then hard bounced based on your detection threshold settings in Admin Area > Settings > Email Delivery > Thresholds option.

Once an email address (subscriber) is identified as soft bounced, Oempro will keep a counter for that subscriber. If this email address soft bounces in your future email campaigns, Oempro will move the email address from soft to hard bounced once the detection threshold is exceeded.

This is a 100% automated process and no interaction is needed.
