When using the "Embed images" option (in Version 4.1) I encountered the problem that images specified in CSS rules are not embedded.

This does make the "Embed images" option useless if you have CSS styling with background images (I assume also list-style-images might be affected), because some mail clients, such as Outlook 2003, do not show the "Show external contents" (or however) button, if content images are embedded.
