Got a weird problem here...

// Pre-check:

1 - Admin Email test is successfull
2 - Campaign test is also successful
3 - Tried on several newly created campaign, same thing

// Problem:

I create a campaign everything is fine, just as normal, where something happen is when i send it, the campaign just sits in the outbox and never initiates, I have waited hours, nothing goes. The campaign is not going into sending mode because if I stop it (Only button available) I can edit and stuff, which normally is not possible when the campaign outgoing mechanism has initited.

What is going on...

MTA are all setup properly as every test mail and test campaign get and are received.
Need help!! Fast...:(
