We need to be able to schedule the exact time of database Synchronization tasks, in order to align syncs with campaigns that can already be scheduled at a specific time. This way we can first do the sync and then do the mailing on an up-to-date subscriber list.

The current options for sync on a daily, weekly, monthly basis are insufficient. Furthermore it seems that currently the sync time is derived from the time at which the last change was made to the sync settings. A somewhat unpredictable situation.
