Hi,

I've tried to look-up information regarding bounce email setup but could not find solid answer...
Using the setup in Oempro to write the files to a directory, how can we link bounced messages back to Oempro? Oempro is no longer setup as SMTP, so it cannot capture hard bounces as before but has to capture and update its database ... I've created a support ticket for this issue, but didn't get enough information to answer it as I got a reply to capture all bounced emails and update Oempro database manually..

Any help would be appreciated..
