  1. CEM – very interested in seeing some comparisons on how they might be able to deliver more reliably to the big three – hotmail, yahoo, gmail than existing servers.

    We’re in various feedback loops (MS and a couple of other providers) but have not had any success getting Yahoo to co-operate, despite emails being signed appropriately, SPF and various header issues have all been taken care of.

  2. Shri, getting your email through their filtering systems is not an easy task even if you use a reliable SMTP server. There are lots of tasks to complete such as properly set reverse DNS – IP relation, SPF, SenderID, DKIM/DomainKeys authentications and much more. I will write a detailed checklist for making your MTA “friendly” with major email services in following weeks.
