Why should I use PreviewMyEmail.com? Can’t I just do this myself?

Yes you can! But this will cost you both time and money! For every change, you will need to send an email to all of your email accounts taken from these services and you will login to each one of them to see if there’s a problem on your email design or not. You will need to create test accounts on all email clients and pay them annual fee to be a premium user. Beside of this, you will need to setup virtual/phsyical machines to test desktop email clients. Probably, this will cost you at least $7,500 USD and lots of time.

Email deliverability is the biggest issue that needs to be handled. Sendloop performs all available procedures to maximize your email deliverability. However, you can even increase your deliverability rate by making a few changes in your domain DNS zone.

To complete the steps described in this article, you need to have access to DNS zones of your domains you use as from email address.

SPF/SenderID settings are quite important and plays a big role on detecting your email as spam/junk or legitimate. This setting can easily be added to your domain by accessing its DNS zone and adding a TXT record with the following command:

TXT v=spf1 mx ptr include:sendloop-1.com ~all

The above line tells the recipient mail server that Sendloop servers are authorized to send emails on behalf of your from email addresses.

Leading email services such as Hotmail and AOL checks your domain SenderID settings to decide if your email is valid or not. So, we strongly recommend you to set this setting for your domains which are used in from email headers of your newsletter campaigns.

We are receiving emails from our fellow customers about the coming soon upgrades and their release dates. So, I decided to publish an official announcement and inform everyone about the development status and scheduled updates.

Before listing the schedule, we apologize for a short delay on the release of product updates. Due to high amount of daily work and insufficient human resources, product updates are delayed. We are now hiring several PHP developers and designers to gain more human resources and speed-up the release duration.

In a month, you will get Oempro update. The details are;

Oempro v3.6.5: This update will contain fixes for latest bug reports (most of them minor) and it will also include some important improvements such as new send engine (requires PHP5), improved content fetching, etc.

Next month, we will start releasing new versions of all Oempro plug-ins with several new features. Addition to this, we are also preparing for the release of our new software. We will publish more information about this in following weeks.
