This Refund Policy explains the refund terms for purchases from 50SAAS LLC (d/b/a Octeth) ("Octeth," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Octeth with a 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-time perpetual license fee. If Octeth is not the right fit, you may request a full refund of the license fee within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
What's Covered
- The perpetual license fee. The one-time license fee is fully refundable if you request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you request a refund of your license fee, your license is terminated, and you agree to stop using the software and delete all copies, as described in the EULA.
What's Not Covered
The guarantee applies to the license fee only. The following are not refundable under the 30-day guarantee:
- Services already performed. Premium installation, training sessions, migration, and similar professional services that have already been delivered are not refundable, because the work has been done.
- Service Packages and renewals. See "Service Package Renewals" below.
- The Community License. The free Community License has no fee, so there is nothing to refund.
- Third-party costs. Amounts you pay directly to third parties (such as your email/SMS sending provider or your own hosting) are not paid to Octeth and are not refundable by us.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the 30-day window by email at [email protected] with your order details (such as the name and email used for the purchase and your order or invoice number). A clear statement that you would like a refund of your license fee is all we need.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will process the refund promptly — typically within 14 days of confirming your eligible request. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. You will not be charged any fee by us for the refund.
Service Package Renewals
Optional annual Service Packages (continued updates and support) are billed in advance for each annual term. Service Package fees are non-refundable once the term has begun, except where required by law. You can choose not to renew before the start of the next term. A lapsed or non-renewed Service Package does not affect your perpetual right to use the software you have licensed — it affects only your access to new updates and support.
Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first — we want to make it right and our guarantee is generous. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to terminate the license associated with any payment that is charged back.
