A domain is an installation domain: the address where an Octeth installation runs, such as mail.youragency.com. Your license sets how many installations you can run.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move to a larger license at any time and pay only the difference between the two prices.
What happens after 3 months?
Octeth keeps working. The license is perpetual. Updates and support stop unless you buy the annual service package, priced at 20% of your license fee.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every paid license has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Read the refund policy.
Why do I need an account to buy?
Licenses are issued to your Client Area account, which is also where you download Octeth. Create an account at my.octeth.com, then click Buy License at the top right of the dashboard.
Are there per-contact or per-email fees?
